Принцип дії

Змішаний клапан Alfa Laval Unique - це нормально закритий (NC) клапан, який управляється з віддаленого місця за допомогою стисненого повітря.

Для розділення двох рідин клапан має два незалежні ущільнювальні пробки. Простір між двома ущільненнями утворює атмосферну камеру витоку. У рідкісних випадках випадкової витоку продукту продукт потрапляє в камеру витоку і виводиться через вихідний отвір витоку.

Коли клапан відкритий, камера витоку закрита. Потім продукт може перетікати з однієї лінії на іншу без розливу. Клапан можна легко очистити та захистити від впливу гідроудару відповідно до конкретних вимог процесу та конфігурації клапана. (Під час роботи клапана не відбувається розливу продукту).
