What we do

Alfa Laval has a global network of experts who offer help wherever and whenever it is needed.   • First line of support
    Depending on the issue and urgency, a nearby troubleshooter is sent to your vessel as quickly as possible.
  • Second line of support
    When needed, global troubleshooters are available for remote support and handling of advanced issues.
  • Report and recommendations
    Once the cause of the disturbance has been identified, the troubleshooter provides a detailed analysis of the issue along with recommendations to optimize performance and prolong the service life of your equipment.
